Fighting For Freedom One Mind At A Time
Last night, I was invited to speak at the Georgia Tea Party event held at Jim Miller Park in Marietta, GA. As part of the goings on, nationally syndicated radio talk show host, Herman Cain, broadcast his radio show live from the event.
Constitutional Law professor and retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, John Eidsmoe, President and CEO of American Seniors Association, Stuart Barton, and I joined Herman Cain onstage and on the air to participate in a panel discussion about the Constitution.
Many, many thanks to Michael T. Barrett for these great pictures, and you can find the rest of his set from the event here. Many, many, MANY thanks to my friend, James Ayton for sending me the audio of Herman Cain's show, so that I could whittle it down to the segments I in which I participated.
On Tuesday, June 29th, I had the opportunity to be a part of Georgia history. For the first time ever, the Libertarian Party of Georgia nominated and qualified an entire slate of statewide candidates. Additionally, and more notable, among those qualifying as a part of that slate, John Monds and Rhonda Martini both qualified to be the first black Governor candidate and first female Lieutenant Governor candidate, respectively, to qualify for the General Election ballot here in Georgia.
Here's a picture to remind me..
