Facebook: This is WAY Creepy

I was casually browsing Facebook today, and I came across this advertisement to find "HOT singles waiting for [me]"
The first issue I have with this ad is that I am listed as being "in a relationship."
The second and MUCH LARGER issue I have with it is the picture shown in the ad of one of my Facebook friends. That picture happens to be the profile picture for my SISTER. EW!!!
